Yhteydenottoihin vastaaminen perustuu oikeutettuun etuun vastata meille vapaaehtoisesti lähetettyihin viesteihin. Teknisten lokitietojen käsittely perustuu oikeutettuun etuun (palvelun toimivuus ja tietoturva).
Vercel ja Google saattavat käsitellä tietoja EU/ETA-alueen ulkopuolella (esim. Yhdysvalloissa). Tällöin siirto perustuu kyseisten palveluntarjoajien EU:n komission hyväksymiin vakiosopimuslausekkeisiin (Standard Contractual Clauses) tai vastaavaan suojamekanismiin.
Sähköpostitse lähetetyt viestit säilytetään niin kauan kuin on tarpeen yhteydenottoon vastaamiseksi, minkä jälkeen ne poistetaan kohtuullisessa ajassa. Palvelimen tekniset lokit säilyvät hostauspalvelun oman käytännön mukaisesti.
Tämä testisivusto ei kerää eikä tallenna tietoa lapsista. Palvelun tuleva tarkoitus on auttaa vanhempia löytämään lastenvaatteita — tässä vaiheessa sivusto ei kuitenkaan käsittele lapsen kokoa, nimeä tai muita tietoja missään muodossa. Kun varsinainen hakutoiminto julkaistaan, tätä selostetta päivitetään kuvaamaan tarkasti, miten vanhemman antamaa, lasta koskevaa tietoa (esim. vaatekoko) käsitellään, minimoiden kerättävän tiedon määrän.

The service's future purpose is to help parents find children's clothing — at this stage, however, the site does not process a child's size, name, or any other information in any form.
